Meeting Agenda:

1. Officer Reports

• Stacy - We have $989.99 in our account.
• Alissa - If we order pins it would be around $220.
  -To get the Program for the Psi Chi Ceremony go to the computer lab in Sabin.
  -We will have 29-30 inductees for the Psi Chi Ceremony.
• Ben - Posted tips from the Poster Workshop.
  -Send Ben email for officer reports.
• Adam - Changed the by-laws.
  -Made a design for the t-shirts.
• Kevin - Make a huge banner for the elections for next week.
• Casey - Reported about the EIT Award.

2. EIT Award

• Casey - Send email to all nominee's to announce the winner.
• Casey - Ask Jeanne to send one out to all faculty to let them know the winner.
• In the email to the winner, ask them if they will be attending the ceremony to accept the award.

3. Officer Elections

• Make big banner.
• Write on chalkboards in the rooms of Sabin by Monday.
  -1st floor Kevin
  -2nd floor Casey
  -3rd floor Adam
• Ben - e-mail the faculty to ask them if they will announce the elections in their classroom. Also send out email to psych majors and minors.

4. Folders

• They are due by April 14.

5. T-shirts

• Adam is taking care of the t-shirts.

6. Psi Chi

• Allisa is taking care of it.

7. CSBS Research Conference

• Bring the volunteer sheet to the meeting on April 14.

8. End of the year party

• Sunday May 2 from 1:00 - 5:00 at Otto's house.
