Meeting Agenda:

1. Adam and Otto are to meet about T-shirts for the conference.

2. Kevin got the cords and medals from the psych office.

3. Adam talked to Dr. Williams about the poster workshop.

• Did teacher evaluations
• Went over bylaws

4. Friday before conference-setup and take down posterboards over 10 on Saturday.

5. Ben sent out a reminder for Psi Chi.

6. Stacy's Report -- $1786.90 in our checkings account. About $800 in our savings account.

7. Alissa -- Sending in 17 for Psi Chi

• Did cords and medal order
• Will do on last order on 4/1
• Made a list of materials
• Send out email to come to Psi Chi, for faculty and Dean
• Got invitation letterhead
• RSVP is done

8. On the 25th be there by 11:45 a.m. to setup and rehearse. The Psi Chi initiation begins at 1:00 p.m.

9. Come on April 14 to pick up cords and medals for the induction ceremony.

10. Document if we keep the faculty advisor for next year or not. Do we need to make bylaws? Try to think for the future, and the worse case scenario.

11. Talk about teaching awards after workshop. Tell them about the election meeting.

12. April 16th -- date for the service Award Nominations

Activities Agenda/Due Dates:

Ben
- E-mail CSBS people
- Have Bridget make a sheet about the conference and signup sheet and have her email it to you. Put it on the web.
- E-mail for poster workshop and how to put it on your vita
- E-mail faculty to have a text book drive, talk to Casey
- Put Psi Chi list on the web, put all of our documents and information on the web as well

Alissa
- Work on Psi Chi stuff

Adam
- Talk to Bridget to come to the meeting and get a sheet for sign ups on volunteers
- Meet with Otto about the award for Casey
- Meet with Otto about plaque Service Award

Casey
- Get posters from Kim, Otto, and Harton
- Meet with Otto to print off certificates

Kevin
- Make a special flyer for the elections for officers
- Bring plaque to next meeting

Stacy
- Bring posters with Kim for the workshop
