I. T-shirts

A. Officers: wear shirts at March meeting to take a group pic

B. Shirt orders due March 5th at meeting

C. Kristy: order more shirts for conference

    1. Call to take year off of t-shirts

    2. 15 mediums and larges, 5 smalls and x-larges

    3. Courtney: call for shirt for III


II. Teacher and student awards

A. Voting at March meeting

    1. Nominate people and then vote from pool
    2. Heather: bring pieces of paper for voting ballots


B. Results should be in by conference

    1. Courtney: call to get plaques ordered after meeting

      a. use Steph's as a template
      b. use same style for teacher plaque

    2. Make sure winners are at conference to be announced

C. Kristy: order pop

III. Officer voting

A. Same procedure as teacher and student awards

B. Current officers running for re-election must give speech

IV. Poster Presentation

A. New presenter needed

B. Carmen: e-mail Dr. MacLin for powerpoint

V. Psi Chi ceremony

A. Conference room in Redeker reserved for April 22nd at 1:30 p.m.

B. Podium needed for ceremony

C. Catering required for room reservation

D. Kristy: send e-mail to invite psych students to apply to Psi Chi
    1. 1-2 weeks after deadline e-mail students with initiation details
      a. have them RSVP
      b. send letter to parents about acceptance
      -invite to initiation

VI. April meeting

A. Grad school panel
    1. Steph: e-mail coordinators

VII. Fundraising?

A. Past officers have e-mailed professors for their instructor editions of textbooks

B. Sell on ebay
