Meeting Agenda:

1. We discussed that we were going to maintain our folders to pass them down to the next officers. We decided to have just one large binder and put everything in it with subdividers of our duties.

2. We discussed the Service Award and we are going to have an online form for the nominations.

3. We decided some topics for following meetings.

Activities Agenda/Due Dates:

Alissa
- Email Otto to have him email write an email to the majors and minors and faculty as a reminder about joining Psi Chi

Ben
- Get all minutes and e-mails and print them off for the binder to pass down to future officers.
- Email a reminder to the nominees to return materials for the award, and remind them of the deadline.

Adam
- Make sure that the volunteer opportunity is on the agenda
- Bring some information about the volunteer opportunity
- Bring a calendar to the next executive meeting so we can make plans

Stacy
- Send a spreadsheet to Otto as an attachment telling him what we have spent and everything.
- Buy a 3-ring binder and dividers

Casey
- Find materials to discuss the GRE's

Kevin
