UNI undergraduate students can receive a certificate in I-O psychology. The certificate provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to be competitve in a professional human resources environment.

When the courses have been completed, the student should come to the Psychology Department office (Baker 334)to have their certificate processed.

 

Courses in the Certificate Program   Download a PDF of the certificate requirements.   The following three courses are required. It is recommended that students first complete 400:025:   400:025 Applied Psychology 400:157 Industrial Psychology 400:158 Organizational Psychology   Students must also complete two elective courses from the following list:   150:119  Leadership and Human Relations 150:165  Organizational Behavior 150:166  Staffing 150:174: Ethics in Business (also listed as 640:174 &               650:174) 400:106  Psychology of Human Differences 400:134  Motivation and Emotion 400:160  Social Psychology 48C:134  Organizational Cultures and Communication  48C:135  Organizational Communication Assessment
